St Crispin’s School was recognised as an Investor in People in July 2000 and subsequently successfully reviewed in May 2002, March 2005 and was once again positively assessed earlier this year in February 2008. The assessors report stated:
“St Crispin’s is committed to excellence. This was evidenced throughout the assessment and reflected by the recent Ofsted reveiw.”
“Praise should go to all staff that are committed, enthusiastic and focused on meeting the educational and emotional needs of the students. There is a high priority placed on achieving a supportive and happy atmosphere in which students can thrive and learn through creativity and new approaches.”
“St Crispin’s School has created an environment where everyone feels able to contribute and has the opportunity to learn and develop in order to improve their performance.”
“There is a strong ethos of mutual and team support throughout the School.”
