Book Club:

Book Club runs every Friday lunchtime, and is for students in years 7 -10 who like books and love reading. A perk of membership is the ability to borrow more books at a time than other students. During Book Club sessions students take part in a wide range of interesting activities that are book-related: they produce fantastic displays for the library, shadow Book Awards - such as the Carnegie Medal for Children's Literature and the Berkshire Book Award, help select new books for the library and have fun making all sorts of interesting crafts. They also take part in competitions and join in trips to hear author talks. Book Club sessions are fuelled by free squash and biscuits!

Book club members get creative in the library in preparation for the Queen's Jubilee.
